About Us

Donna Cellere

Pastry is my passion! From childhood cooking for family to NAVY cooking for masses to The White House cooking for Presidents…desserts were always my favorite. I have flown on "US 1," shared kitchens with amazing talent, and bathed in soufflé & chocolate at the Hotel de Paris in Monte Carlo. What an experience, creating meals for foreign dignitaries and celebrities and fulfilling the diets of two administrations!

My love of baking and attention to detail made pastry an obvious landing. Sharing this passion through our own company is the greatest experience of all!

Note: As a certified Personal Trainer, I try to hide the cake scraps from my husband, keep Elaine's snacking to a minimum, and sneak wholesome goodness into all of our creations… Enjoy!

Elaine Palminteri Ardizzone

Daughter of Cheebee Palminteri, our Carrot Cake’s namesake, I have been blessed with delicious baking and lots of goodness in my life. Growing up on a NJ farm, we did our chores and ate a lot. I found baking a solace…and my source for raw cookie dough snacks.

I spent my years at Cornell University studying Food & Beverage, moving on to Telluride, CO to open numerous restaurants of my own and for others, always entertaining. Before “the Towers” fell, I was blessed to achieve my Sommelier Certificate at the top of the World Trade Center and continue to share wine knowledge, now pairing it with nuts & chocolate!

To perfect my already wonderful life, I met & married Michael Ardizzone… who now keeps me sane amongst the many layers of cake!
