WOW! Leave it to Jacqueline Foster at Wayne Foster Entertainment to design & set up a STUNNING black tie event in a crystal clear tent on the beach of Coronado’s Silver Strand. What a gorgeous display of celebration! Happy Birthday Leo!…the developer of Little Italy’s Allegro Towers celebrated his 85th in style.
Lining up a killer team with Darin Fong Photography to capture all of the memories, they installed an incredible backdrop for our recreation of the buildings. We were thrilled and flattered to have been asked to build this structure out of vanilla with strawberry butter cream and blackout chocolate with hazelnut butter cream…and YIKES, that’s a lot of details!

Our amazing decor team led by Jessica Pickens, with Kaitlynn on sub-contracting, Zach on balconies & signage, and Elaine as the landscape architect…great fun! Here is our gang prior to delivery. Lots of work pays off in pride. Thanks to the very hard work and perfect baking of the Sweet Cheeks Baking team, this gang was able to create a super awesome AND DELICIOUS cake for Leo’s birthday.
