Every year we have donated to various events and foundations; however, the Emilio Nares Foundation (ENF) holds a particularly dear place in our hearts.  The foundation was started by our dear friends Richard & Diane Nares, whose son Emilio was diagnosed of cancer at 3 years old and lost his fight by the age of six.

ENF raises money to provided rides for children who cannot get to their medical treatments. This coming weekend, September 30th, 2018, the foundation will celebrate their 15th annual Harvest for Hope fundraiser and Sweet Cheeks is again a part of the celebration of these precious lives!

The annual event features some of the finest chefs in San Diego who will create unique dishes paired with wine and spirits, music, and a live and silent auction.  At this year’s event, held at BRICK Liberty Station, Elaine & Diane will represent “The Cheeks” with some delicious, fresh Key Lime Cheesecake shooters (all gluten free desserts), seen being whipped on local news with our Head Baker Jeff Lewis!
