It’s hard not to believe in soul mates, when you see Bree and Brock. From the stunning tropical-inspired floral displays by Joy of Bloom Florals to Bree’s gorgeous Rue De Seine wedding dress, everything about the couple’s Darlington House wedding was just perfect! The couple included so many personalized elements like bright pops of color and maracas on guest’s chairs to shake and celebrate as the newlyweds take their first steps as husband and wife. There was even a poetry corner, deemed “Carley’s Corner,” after Brock’s angel sister Carley who was an avid poetry writer. One of Carley’s poems, “Love Is,” was read during the ceremony and The Haiku Guys were on site creating personalized poems for every guest as a wedding favor.

For Bree and Brock, we created a strawberry cream filled vanilla bean cutting cake that, while small in size, certainly made a statement. Covered in a vibrant, tropical bouquet of fresh flowers, the couple’s cake was topped with the words “foreva eva,” expressing their fun-loving, yet devoted spirit.  To accompany the cutting cake, we created a spread of delicious desserts for guests to savor including citrus cupcakes with silky cream cheese frosting, vanilla cupcakes with coconut cream cheese and coconut flakes, s’mores shooters, Sicilian sunset cake shots made with pistachio and lemon, in addition to homemade cookies specially made by Brock’s grandma.

Logan Cole Photography captured some amazing shots, showcasing the fun, unique elements of the wedding that were brought to life by Bree and Brock’s creative team of vendors, including planner, Laura, of Fawn Events.
